Bol de tofu estirat a la barbacoa amb falques de patata rostida i blat de moro 🌿 By realizing_fitness el tofu estirat 1-2 cullerades de mantega vegana salada 1 bloc de tofu additional ferm, 250 bolets de xampinyons premsats cullerada de tamari Four cullerades de ketchup three cullerades de xarop d’auró 1 culleradeta de dijon1 cullerada de vinagre de sidra de poma 1 cullerada de fum líquid (opcional) 1 pols de pols pols pols un pessic de sal + pebre En una paella a foc mitjà, fon la mantega vegana. Cuini primer el tofu durant uns minuts, fins que estigui daurat. Afegiu-hi els bolets i deixeu-ho coure fins que s’evapori la humitat. Condimenteu-ho amb sal i pebre. En un bol petit, combineu els elements restants. Aboqueu-hi el tofu i els bolets i remeneu-los per cobrir-los. El blat de moro: 320 g de préssec i blat de moro cremós, congelat 2 cullerades de mantega vegana salada 30 g de legrand chimichurri sal, al gust, mantega de mantega vegetal a gust. Afegiu el blat de moro i deixeu-ho coure uns minuts fins que s’escalfi. Salpebreu i remeneu-hi el chimichurri. Les falques de patata: 4-6 patates mitjanes, tallades a les falques 2 cullerada oli d’oliva verge additional un pessic de sal + pebre -la patat al forn a 400. Tosseu les falques de patata en oli, sal i pebre. Col·loqueu en una safata de forn folrada amb una estora de silicona. Rostir durant 25 minuts, girar i rostir durant 10-15 minuts més. Ha de quedar tendre, daurat i cruixent. Dividiu les falques de patates, el tofu estirat a la barbacoa i el blat de moro herbat en Four bols. Gaudeix!
