Dahl vegà fàcil de helens_vegan_kitchen Elements 1 cullerada d’oli de coco 1 ceba gran, picada Three grans d’all, picats Tros petit de gingebre, picat finament half of bitxo vermell, picat 300 g de tomàquet fresc, picat 1 culleradeta de sal 2 cullerades de comí mòlt cúrcuma mòlta 2 culleradetes de garam masala o curri en pols 2 culleradetes de llavors de mostassa negra 400 g de llenties vermelles 1,5 litres de brou de verdures 200 g d’espinacs frescos Petit manat de coriandre, picat Suc de llima 1️⃣ Sofregiu la ceba amb l’oli de coco durant 10 minuts, , all i bitxo durant els darrers dos minuts 2️⃣ Afegiu-hi els tomàquets picats i 1 culleradeta de sal i deixeu-ho coure 5 minuts més 3️⃣ Afegiu-hi totes les espècies i remeneu-ho durant un minut, afegiu-hi les llenties i el brou i deixeu-ho coure a foc lent durant 50- 60 minuts, remenant de tant en tant fins que les llenties estiguin cuites i s’absorbeixi el brou 4️⃣ Remeneu els espinacs, el coriandre i el suc d’una llima i serviu 😍
