Sopa Stroganoff de bolets 📋Substances eight oz. barreja de bolets silvestres, a rodanxes⠀ 1 cda. Oli d’oliva⠀ 2 grans d’all, picats⠀ half ceba dolça, picada⠀ 1 cda. Vinagre de xerès⠀ 1 cullerada. Pasta de tomàquet⠀ 5 C. Brou de verdures⠀ half C. Llet de coco sencera,⠀ 2 C. Fideus amples, vegà⠀ Sal i pebre al gust⠀ ⠀ Instruccions⠀ En una olla de sopa, escalfeu l’oli d’oliva a foc mitjà-alt. Afegiu-hi els xampinyons a rodanxes, la ceba i l’all. Sofregiu fins que els bolets i la ceba estiguin cuits, uns 3-5 minuts. Les cebes han de ser translúcides. Condimenteu-ho amb sal i pebre. ⠀ Ara afegiu-hi el xerès i remeneu-lo per treure els trossos del fons de l’olla. A continuació, afegiu-hi la pasta de tomàquet. Incorporeu-hi els bolets i les cebes. ⠀ Ara afegiu-hi el brou de verdures i la llet de coco. Remeneu per combinar. Tasteu i afegiu-hi una mica de sal i pebre al gust. Porta a ebullició. ⠀ Ara afegiu-hi els fideus, reduïu una mica el foc i deixeu-ho coure a foc lent fins que els fideus estiguin cuits al dente. Comproveu les instruccions del paquet per quant de temps probablement serà segons el tipus de fideus que tingueu.⠀ Tasteu i condimenteu segons calgui. Serviu immediatament! Gaudeix! . .
